Shalenie Aguinaldo, CHRL, CEBS has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management. Shalenie has successfully implemented various HRIS systems and processes in organizations such as CBI Health, Cadillac Fairview, and SCI Group Inc. Shalenie's expertise includes leading system upgrades, implementing new policies, managing payroll teams, automating workflows, and ensuring data security and integrity. Shalenie has a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Physiology from the University of Toronto.
