Wuri Kusharjanti has a diverse work experience in various companies. Wuri started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk in 2008. Wuri then worked as a QA Officer at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk in 2010 and as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at PT. Bank BCA from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they joined PT.Transcosmos Indonesia as a Spv Trainer, responsible for learning and development operations support. Wuri then moved to PT. Commonwealth Life in 2016 as an Inbound Unit Head, where they achieved KPI targets and implemented effective customer service procedures. Currently, they are working as the Head of Dept. Customer Care at PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN), where they handle various services and is responsible for achieving KPIs, budgeting, and creating project improvements.
From 2003 to 2007, Wuri Kusharjanti studied at Universitas Jember, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in International Relations.
