Cole Chmielewski

Cole Chmielewski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cole has held various roles in different organizations. Cole began their career at Purple Wave, Inc. as a Franchisee Liaison from September 2007 to May 2008. Cole then worked at Leawood South Country Club as an Assistant Golf Professional from May 2008 to March 2009. Following that, Cole served as a Golf Professional at IRONHORSE Golf Club from March 2009 to November 2009.

In 2009, Cole joined Bats Global Markets, Inc. and held multiple positions during their tenure. Cole started as a Trade Desk Specialist from November 2009 to February 2013, then became a Trade Desk Manager for U.S. Equities from March 2013 to November 2016. Their last role at Bats Global Markets, Inc. was as Director of U.S. Equities/Options Electronic Trading Operations from November 2016 to March 2020.

Cole's most recent position is Vice President of Operations at Cboe Global Markets, which they began in February 2018. Within the same organization, they previously held the position of Senior Director of the Trade Desk US Operations from February 2018 to March 2020.

Cole Chmielewski completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management at Drury University from 2003 to 2007. Cole then obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Kansas between 2011 and 2014. Prior to their university education, Cole attended Shawnee Mission North West High School from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Cole has obtained several professional certifications, including the Securities Industry Institute™ (SII) Executive Education Program from Wharton Executive Education in 2017, and the Series 55, Series 63, and Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2010.
