Erin Banks

Erin Banks has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erin is currently serving as the VP of Global Talent Management at Cboe Global Markets, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr Director of Global HR Business Partner at the same company from November 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Cboe Global Markets, Erin Banks worked at Honeywell as the HR Director of Global Commercial Business & Sales from November 2019 to October 2021. Erin also served as the HR Director of Global Engineering & Services from September 2018 to October 2019.

Prior to their time at Honeywell, Erin worked at Grainger, where they held various positions including Senior HR Manager from August 2017 to September 2018, Regional HR Manager from October 2016 to August 2017, and Manager of HR PMO & Analytics from June 2015 to October 2016.

Erin's career started at Walgreens, where they held multiple roles including Manager of HR Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2013 to June 2015, Associate Manager of HR Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2012 to August 2013, HR Project Manager from June 2011 to August 2012, Lead Compensation Analyst from June 2009 to June 2011, and Sr Compensation Analyst from October 2008 to June 2009.

Erin also worked at Allstate as an HR Business Partner for the Esurance Division from November 2006 to October 2008 and at Beazer Homes as an HR Manager from May 2005 to October 2006.

Erin Banks has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University. Erin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
