Faja Dedic

Faja Dedic has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles. They most recently worked at Cboe Global Markets as a Director of Global Compensation starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation Manager at Zebra Technologies from October 2020 to May 2022. They also held positions at Capital One, where they were a Principal Executive Compensation Associate from June 2017 to October 2020, and a Principal Compensation Associate from October 2014 to June 2017. Before Capital One, Faja worked at Discover Financial Services as a Senior Compensation Analyst from May 2013 to October 2014. Their career in the industry started at United Stationers, where they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst from March 2012 to May 2013, preceded by a role as a Compensation & Benefits Intern from May 2011 to February 2012.

Faja Dedic has a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, which was obtained between 2004 and 2009. They also have a Master of Arts degree in Industrial & Organization Psychology from Roosevelt University, earned between 2010 and 2012. In addition, Faja obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in August 2019.
