Tuğba Arslan

Tuğba Arslan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data and business analysis. Tuğba worked as a Data and Business Analyst at Türk Telekom, where they were involved in the Chatbot project and also served as a Scrum Master in an Agile team. At CBOT, they worked on various projects related to artificial intelligence, particularly conversational artificial intelligence, NLP processes, and speech-based artificial intelligence development. Tuğba also handled tasks such as customer communication, workflow configuration, chatbot analytics with machine learning algorithms, and end-to-end project management. As an outsource for Garanti BBVA, Tuğba worked on the UGI Chatbot project, where they conducted risk analysis, product analysis, and monthly analysis of chatbot performance. Tuğba also designed workflows for services integration. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Data Analyst at Turkgen, where they participated in data projects for Turkcell and Hepsiburada. Their responsibilities included data cleaning, classification, error fixing, and participation in HR processes. Tuğba started their professional journey as an intern at Smart Moderation, where they gained knowledge about software industry and artificial intelligence products.

Tuğba Arslan completed their Önlisans degree in Computer Programming from Marmara University between 2019 and 2021. Tuğba then pursued a Lisans Derecesi in Software Engineering at İstanbul Aydin University from 2021 to 2024. In 2023, they participated in the Aspire Leaders Training program at Harvard University.

In addition to their formal education, Tuğba also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they received the Liseler Arası Psikoloji Sempozyumu Sertifikası from İstanbul ENKA Okulları/ENKA Schools Istanbul. In 2017, they earned the Sosyal Bilimler Sertifikası from TED İSTANBUL KOLEJİ. Tuğba completed the Aspire Leaders - Online Leadership Course from Harvard Business School in June 2023. Tuğba also obtained a certification in HTML/CSS from Turkcell Geleceği Yazanlar in February 2020. Tuğba has additional certifications in Python and SQL from BTK Akademi, though specific completion dates are not provided. Tuğba also completed a Microsoft Office certification through Toptalent.co in 2023.
