Charlotte Horn Andersen

Charlotte Horn Andersen has extensive experience in HR and organizational development. Charlotte currently serves as the HR Director at cBrain, a software company, where they work with senior management on business and organizational development. Charlotte is responsible for implementing HR strategies and processes to support business targets and foster a healthy company culture. Charlotte also has experience as a Coach/Psychotherapist as an independent consultant. Prior to this, they worked at 3Shape A/S as the Global Human Resources Director, overseeing HR support for 800 employees across multiple countries. Their responsibilities included talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development. Before joining 3Shape A/S, Charlotte held HR roles at Maconomy, Hedegaard & Brandum Intersearch, and Ray & Berndtson as an HR Business Partner and Researcher.

Charlotte Horn Andersen earned a Master of Science degree in International Management, HR & Organisation from Copenhagen Business School in 1998. Charlotte also obtained a Fransk sproglig student degree from Holte Gymnasium in 1990 and completed their primary education up to the 9th grade at Kajerødskolen in 1987. In terms of certifications, Charlotte Horn Andersen is an iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner from Integrative Enneagram Solutions (obtained in 2022), a SHL Certification OPQ and Verify holder from SHL (obtained in 2017), received the Wave Motivation/Talent certification from Saville Assessment, a WTW Company (obtained in 2007), achieved a Business Coach certification from Sofia Manning (obtained in 2007), and obtained a Thomas DISC certification from Thomas International Danmark A/S (obtained in 2001). From 2014 to 2018, Charlotte Horn Andersen attended ID Academy and earned a degree in Psychoterapist. In 2008, they completed a Certified Coach program with a focus on Business Coaching at Manning Inspire.
