Kevin McLean

Kevin McLean currently serves as the Head of Talent, Learning & Development for CBRE across the UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe since October 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin held multiple positions within CBRE UK, including Chair of the CBRE Proud Network and Head of UK Talent, Learning & Development, where responsibilities encompassed strategic execution of talent and learning initiatives and management of budget allocations. Previously, Kevin worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on leadership programs and learning advocacy, and held a Learning & Development Manager role at TSB Bank, overseeing management and leadership development. Kevin's career began at Lloyds Banking Group as a Learning and Development Consultant. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Dundee and has obtained a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development.
