Alvin M. Tan

Alvin M. Tan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Southeast Asia and Operations in Singapore at CBRE Singapore since September 2015, Alvin has held various senior finance positions throughout their career, including Senior Director and Finance Director roles at CBRE Singapore. Previous experience includes positions as FP&A Director at Seaco, Finance Business Partner at AET, and Manager of Financial Analysis & Special Projects at Visa. Alvin's earlier roles also include significant contributions at Nestlé Health Science, Pfizer, DBS Bank, Ace Insurance, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a minor in Banking from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
