Stella Chia

Stella Chia is an experienced estate manager currently overseeing operations for commercial buildings at CBRE Singapore since March 2020, focusing on stakeholder relationships, financial planning, and market trend analysis. Prior to this role, Stella served as an Estate Management Analyst at UOB and held senior lease administration positions at Straits Retail Property Management Services and APM Property Management, where responsibilities included lease drafting, renewals, compliance, and data tracking. Stella's career began in lease management with Far East Organization, alongside earlier roles in customer service and IT support with notable companies such as AIG, HP, and Sitel Singapore. Stella holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Management from the Swiss School of Management and has degrees in Business Information Technology from Coventry University and the Auston Institute of Management Singapore, alongside a Diploma in Computer Studies.
