Alice L. has an extensive work experience history. Alice currently works as a Vice President, Investment Operations at CBRE Investment Management, where they assist and supports the APAC COO in areas of Investment Operations, Financial Operations, and Corporate initiatives. Alice is responsible for reviewing investment materials, providing guidance on investments, managing stakeholders, enforcing investment policies and procedures, and reviewing financing requests and tax planning. Prior to their current role, Alice worked at ARA Asset Management as a Manager, Core Real Estate, and Capital Markets, where they managed assets, coordinated global fundraising efforts, and established capital partnerships with investors. Alice also worked as an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management at ARA Asset Management. Before joining ARA Asset Management, Alice had experience working as a Regional Financial Governance Analyst at Johnson Controls, a Senior Regional Corporate Auditor at MENARINI Group, a Regional Internal Auditor at Wing Tai Holdings Limited, and an Associate in Risk Advisory at KPMG. Alice has gained expertise in various areas such as financial operations, compliance, risk management, internal audit, and investor relations throughout their career.
