Dilek Tosun

Dilek Tosun has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance and regulatory management. Dilek started their career at Schenkeveld Advocaten as a Jurist specializing in Employment, Contract, Personal Injury, and Insurance law. Dilek then moved on to ING Nederland, where they were responsible for quality assurance in corporate compliance, ensuring trade and payment documents met legal criteria. Tosun subsequently worked at Intertrust Group as a Compliance Officer, overseeing compliance matters. Dilek then joined Theodoor Gilissen Bankiers as a Compliance Professional, focusing on regulatory compliance. Tosun later joined United – bank and trust as a Legal Manager, handling legal matters for the organization. Dilek then transitioned to BK Group as a Compliance Professional before joining HBM Group in the same role. Currently, Tosun serves as the Regulatory Compliance Manager EMEA at CBRE Investment Management.

Dilek Tosun attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their LL.M degree in Dutch civil law with a distinction of Cum Laude.
