Maria Aravirta

Maria Aravirta has worked in various roles within the real estate and investment management industry. Maria began their career as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy in 2009. Maria then moved on to Tuloskiinteistöt, where they served as an International Relations Manager, focusing on Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, they assisted international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. Maria then joined YIT as an Account Manager, responsible for leasing and marketing new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Maria actively participated in anchor tenant negotiations and the planning and construction process for customers' new premises. Maria's next role was with CBRE Finland, where they served as Deputy Regional Director from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they are working at CBRE Investment Management as an Investment Director, where they are responsible for development strategic planning, project management, funds management, and marketing.

Maria Aravirta earned their Master's degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki, where they attended from 2002 to 2008.
