Maria Pulkkinen

Maria Pulkkinen has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Maria began their career as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy in 2009. Maria then transitioned to Tuloskiinteistöt as an International Relations Manager, where they focused on Cushman&Wakefield and assisted international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. Maria then joined YIT, a real estate developer and construction company, as an Account Relationship Manager. In this role, they worked with leasing and marketing new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area, including anchor tenant negotiations and participation in the planning and construction process. Maria is currently serving as an Investment Director at CBRE Investment Management, where they oversee investment activities.

Maria Pulkkinen obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 2002 to 2008.
