Marije Braam-Mesken

Marije Braam-Mesken has extensive work experience in the real estate investment management and consulting sectors. Marije started their career at ECORYS as a Consultant Retail in 1999 and worked there until 2006. Marije then joined BRO as a Consultant Retail from 2006 to 2007. Following that, they joined ING Real Estate Investment Management as a Senior Investment Analyst from 2007 to 2011. Marije continued their career at CBRE Investment Management, initially as a Senior Associate, Retail EMEA from 2011 to 2016. Marije then became the Director | Head of EMEA Retail Strategy & Research from 2016 to 2017, and subsequently served as the Director Portfolio Management from 2017 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Portfolio Management at CBRE Investment Management.

Marije Braam-Mesken began their education at Duno College, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Marije then attended Almere College Kampen from 1991 to 1993. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. In 1996, Marije briefly studied real estate at the University of Reading. In 2009, they completed the IPF DIP Investment Property Forum Diploma at the University of Cambridge.
