Mikael Kamali

Mikael Kamali has a diverse range of work experience in the field of finance and real estate. Mikael started their career as a Real Estate Analyst/Trainee at Botkyrkabyggen in 2014 and then moved on to become a Business Controller at Huge Bostäder AB in 2016. In 2017, they joined 24Storage AB as a Transaction Manager in the Real Estate department. After that, they joined Revelop as a Senior Finance Associate with a focus on transaction and tax. In 2022, they became the Investment Controller Nordics at CBRE Investment Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Investment Controller/Manager at CBRE Investment Management, starting in April 2023.

Mikael Kamali has a strong educational background in business and economics, with a focus on real estate and finance. Starting in 2008, they attended Uppsala University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a field of study in Accounting, in 2012. During their time at Uppsala University, Mikael also participated in an exchange program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2013-2014, where they specialized in Finance and Risk Management.

In 2012, Mikael pursued a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics at Uppsala University, completing their studies in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Construction from the University College of Estate Management from 2023 to 2025.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Mikael has pursued additional certifications. In 2020, they completed a certification in Real Estate Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Mikael also obtained two certifications in 2022: Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialization and Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst, both from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
