Nikhil M. Patel

Nikhil M. Patel has a strong background in the real estate industry, with experience working in various roles at multiple companies. Nikhil M. is currently an Analyst at CBRE Investment Management. Prior to this, they worked as an Investments Summer Analyst at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., where they were responsible for building and auditing Argus models, conducting site visits, and analyzing investment opportunities. Nikhil M. also gained experience as an Investment Sales Spring Research Analyst at Berkadia and as an Industrial Analyst at Terra Firma Equity. Additionally, Nikhil has interned at Project Destined, JLL, AEW, Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST), Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America, where they participated in various programs and gained exposure to different aspects of the industry.

Nikhil M. Patel completed their high school education at St. John's Prep from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. Afterwards, they attended Skidmore College from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Subsequently, they transferred to Boston College Carroll School of Management and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from 2019 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Nikhil M. Patel obtained several certifications in Excel for Real Estate from Real Estate Financial Modeling. In December 2021, they achieved the REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, all with distinction.
