Richan Vischer

Richan Vischer started their work experience as an Intern at BDO Nederland in 2012 and then continued as an Intern at the same company in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Finance Officer at Yuki Boekhouden. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Financial Analyst at BDO Nederland. In 2016, Richan worked as a Freelance Financial Consultant at Vischer Finance. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been working at CBRE Investment Management, first as a Financial Analyst and then as a Senior Financial Analyst. In their roles at CBRE, they focused on financial accounting and reporting, balance sheet and income statement reconciliation, financial analysis on budgets and actuals, and managing a team of junior controllers.

From 2009 to 2014, Richan Vischer attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Accountancy. In August 2019, Richan also completed an 8-week certificate course in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
