Sehr Nawaz

Sehr Nawaz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sehr is currently working at CBRE Investment Management as a Senior Analyst since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Analyst at CBRE from November 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining CBRE, Sehr worked at CBRE as an EMEA Research Analyst from June 2021 to November 2022. Sehr also gained experience in research and data analysis at Pinsent Masons, where they worked as an International Development Research & Data Analyst from August 2019 to June 2021, and as an International Development Assistant Analyst from August 2018 to August 2019.

Sehr's previous role also included working as a Writer in the MENA Region at Global Risk Insights from April 2018 to July 2020. Additionally, they have experience in compliance coordination for private equity at 3i Group Plc from February 2018 to June 2018.

Sehr Nawaz obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Conflict Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Relations at King's College London from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they attended the University of Geneva for a Summer School program focusing on Human Rights.

In addition to their formal education, Sehr Nawaz has obtained several certifications. Sehr completed the Financial Modelling Foundations certification from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in February 2022. In December 2020, they obtained the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK. In May 2020, they completed the Data Science: R Basics course offered by HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX. Furthermore, they obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in December 2019. Finally, Sehr Nawaz is currently a candidate for ESG Investing certification from the CFA Institute.
