Eric Lam

Eric Lam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eric is currently the Representative Director for cbs Corporate Business Solutions in Greater China. Prior to this, they worked at QAD as a Senior Engagement Manager in the Asia-Pacific region, where they managed services engagement for large global accounts and oversaw Cloud ERP rollout projects. Eric also held positions at Oracle as a Principal Support Account Manager, SAP as a Customer Engagement Manager, and Graphiserv as a Director, focusing on business development and client engagement. Eric has experience in IT project management, having worked at Matthews International as an Information Technology Project Manager and General Manager. Eric also has extensive experience at IBM, where they held various roles including Service Engagement Lead, Senior ERP/SCM specialist, and Business Consultant. Additionally, they worked at HKPC-Hong Kong Productivity Council as a Part-time Lecturer and at Infor as a Senior Consultant. Prior to these roles, Eric was a Senior Consultant at QAD's distributor office.

Eric Lam earned a Master's degree in Science with a specialization in Information Technology from the University of York. This educational achievement took place between 1992 and 1993. Later, between 1997 and 1998, they attended Hong Kong Metropolitan University where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Accounting and Finance.
