Wakisha Bailey

Wakisha Bailey is an experienced news reporter currently working for CBS Philly|KYW-TV since July 2021 and for WPBF 25 News since July 2019, where responsibilities include collecting and analyzing information about newsworthy events and verifying factual details through interviews and research. Previously, Wakisha worked as a general assignment reporter at WROC-TV Channel 8 from July 2017 to July 2019, focusing on keeping the public informed and improving audience understanding through storytelling and analysis. Additionally, Wakisha served as an assignment desk editor at NBC Chicago from March 2014 to July 2018, where skills in gathering information for breaking stories and coordinating with field reporters were developed. Educationally, Wakisha holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Tuskegee University.
