Sarah Brewster

Sarah Brewster is a skilled research technician currently employed at CBSET since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a laboratory technician at Trashology from September 2021 to August 2022 and serving as a veterinary assistant at Wilmington Animal Healthcare from January 2020 to July 2021. Sarah's career began in visitor services and as a lorikeet attendant at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher between January 2019 and January 2020, coupled with an education internship during the same period. Sarah also gained valuable experience as a NOAA Hollings Scholar at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration from April 2016 to August 2017 and as an intertidal ecology intern at Shoals Marine Laboratory in July 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (2014-2018) and a study period at Universidad San Francisco de Quito in 2017.
