Kimberly Zdinak

Kimberly Zdinak has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kimberly started their career at Convergys as a Procter & Gamble Cosmetics Account Manager-Trainer, where they managed the marketing and distribution cycle for cosmetics brands. Afterwards, they worked at Nuvox Communications as a Telecommunications Sales Executive, where they provided solution selling and customer retention services.

Kimberly then joined Powernet Co., where they held multiple positions over the years. Kimberly started as an Account Manager II, managing and supporting Powernet's largest dedicated data and voice Agents and their customers. Kimberly then moved on to become an Account Manager III, where their responsibilities expanded to include pre-sale consultations, trainings, and contract renewals. Later, they became a Supervisor of Dedicated Sales and Support, leading a team of Account Managers and building efficient time management practices.

Most recently, Kimberly worked at CBTS as a Vendor Manager - UCaaS/CLEC. In this role, they assisted in the operations of voice and data products, managed expense and cost structures, and led a team. Kimberly transitioned into this role from Service Delivery Management, allowing their to take on new challenges and provide support in various ways.
