Patrick Lipinski has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering. Patrick started their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2002 as a Senior Network Engineer, where they led a team in completing network migrations and architecture solutions. Patrick also played a key role in process improvement and configuration standardization, as well as advising customers on custom data network solutions.
In 2007, Patrick worked as a Network Engineer Consultant for Robert Half Technology, focusing on network architecture refreshes and collaborating with management to generate best practices for customer implementations.
From 2008 to 2009, they were a Network Engineer Consultant at MTM Technologies, where they worked as the sole on-site network engineer for various projects. Patrick interacted with customers daily to deliver network designs and meet business needs.
Since 2009, Patrick has been with CBTS, initially as a Sr. Network Engineer and currently as a Technical Operations Manager. In their role as a Sr. Network Engineer, they provided technical support and resolution for network outages and incidents at General Electric. As a Technical Operations Manager, they established procedures and timelines for firewall migrations, implemented feedback models and office hours sessions for team communication, and increased policy/procedure documentation while increasing contributors.
Overall, Patrick has a strong background in network engineering, with expertise in network architecture, technical support, and process improvement.
