Tim McFadden has a diverse work experience spanning 30 years. Tim began their career as a Recon Marine in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 1994. After their military service, they worked as an IT Consultant for Independent Contracting Services from 2000 to 2006, providing consultative services to various clients and supporting their IT needs. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an IT Project Engineer at ProSource Technologies, where they independently and collaboratively served over 1,000 small to medium businesses across different industries. Tim then assumed the role of IT Manager - Project Manager from 2013 to 2018, leading a team of Project Engineers and ensuring the successful completion of projects. In 2018, they transitioned to the position of Director of Technology Alignment at ProSource Technologies, where they collaborated within the management team and managed various roles, including Products and Solutions Manager, vCIO Manager, Purchasing and Procurement Manager, and Project Management. Currently, they are working as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager - End User Computing at CBTS, where they ensure the delivery of client solutions and oversees the project life cycle, including planning, implementation, and coordination. Their responsibilities also include technical leadership, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring project success through best practices and effective communication with stakeholders.

Tim McFadden has completed coursework towards a Bachelor's degree at the University of Cincinnati.
