Randal has over 30 years’ service management experience with a leading manufacturer. At Dataquest, he is responsible for orchestrating the resources that deliver the industry leading service. Over a third of Dataquest’s personnel are technical and in addition to these, he also manages their customer help-desk, contracts and billing.
