Deb Weis

Deb Weis is an experienced business leader with a strong background in marketing, eCommerce, and business initiatives. Currently serving as the VP of Business Initiatives at CCA Global Partners since November 2021, Deb oversees a team focused on developing strategic business solutions that leverage technology for future growth. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce at ProSource Wholesale, where Deb led the marketing team to enhance franchisee sales through targeted local and digital strategies. Deb has also consulted on eCommerce and digital marketing strategies with WSI, and served in various marketing leadership positions at Life Uniform and Graybar Electric. With an MBA in Finance from Saint Louis University and a BSBA in Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, Deb combines educational expertise with extensive practical experience in driving business success.
