Charlotte Bertrand

Charlotte Bertrand is a Clinical Specialist at CCAI, working with families adopting internationally from Taiwan and Colombia. Charlotte previously worked as a Pregnancy, Parenting, and Adoption Therapist at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc., and as a Therapist at Healthy Homes Family Services. Charlotte holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Grace University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Colorado State University.
