Abel Wang is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology and innovation, currently serving as the VP of FinTech Innovation and Chief Enterprise Architect at CCB Fintech since March 2021. Previously, Abel held the position of Chief Architect at Microsoft from July 2018 to February 2021 and was the Head of Emerging Product and Innovation at Visa between March 2016 and June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as the GM of Suning R&D Center (USA), where Abel successfully established a high-performance team and led critical research projects. Abel's extensive background also features a significant tenure at IBM, where responsibilities included serving as CTO of GBS China, focusing on enterprise architecture and strategy consulting. Abel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
