Leon Degiorgio

Leon Degiorgio is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer at CCBill since November 2016, Leon has a strong foundation in software development methodologies, particularly Scrum, gained during tenure at Ixaris as a Junior Software Developer from July to October 2016. Earlier, Leon enhanced skills in Business Intelligence as a Developer at Ixaris from July to September 2015, working on real-time data warehousing with technologies like Apache Kafka and Apache Spark. Leon's initial experience includes a student placement in IT Auditing at MITA in 2014, where database design and information collection for governmental computer assets were key responsibilities. Leon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Malta from 2013 to 2016.
