Michelle Garza has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Michelle started their career at La Mansion del Rio Hotel as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, where they worked for nearly a decade. After that, they joined Mission Pharmacal as a Human Resources Specialist for a year. In 2000, Michelle joined Trammell Crow Company as a Human Resources Coordinator for a year and a half. Since 2002, they have been working at CCC Group, Inc., starting as an HR - Benefits Manager and working their way up to become the Human Resources Director, a role they currently hold.

Michelle Garza, PHR, CBP has an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from College. Michelle has also obtained the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification from WorldatWork in 2020 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2001.
