John P. Kelly

John P. Kelly has a strong work experience in the field of technology and software development. John P. started their career in 1990 as a Software Engineering Manager at Motorola (Paging Products Group), where they managed a consulting group and was responsible for various tasks including staffing, budgeting, and technical direction. In 1996, they joined CNA Insurance as the Director of Investment Systems, where they provided technical assistance and expertise to the entire organization and designed and implemented a data warehouse for portfolio analysis. Since 2000, John has been working at CCC Information Services, Inc. as a Technical Lead in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence. John P. successfully led the adoption of Agile software development practices and served as the Data Warehouse Architect, responsible for reviewing software architecture documents, approving data and ETL designs, and ensuring compliance with architecture standards.

John P. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984. In 2003, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
