Head Of Human Capital - Strategy And Analytics at CCI Global

Dessica Ramsamy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dessica began their career at Rewards Co in 1998 as a Call Centre Supervisor until 2004. Dessica then moved to Quest Staffing Solutions, where they held various positions such as Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and eventually became the Operations Manager from 2010 to 2017.

In 2017, they joined CCI South Africa as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner, where they were responsible for managing the Human Capital team and department for a call center agent headcount of 650. Dessica also worked closely with Operations and Centres of Expertise within Human Capital to develop and implement proactive Human Capital Strategies. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Human Capital Systems and Analytics Specialist, where they focused on utilizing Human Capital data to generate business solutions and driving the commercial value of the Human Capital Team. In 2021, they became the Head of Human Capital - Strategy and Analytics, overseeing the strategic contribution of the Human Capital team and driving profitability through various initiatives.

Throughout their career, Dessica has demonstrated expertise in human capital management, data analytics, process efficiency, and employee experience.

Dessica Ramsamy completed their Matric degree at Gandhi Desai from 1989 to 1993. Dessica then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cell and Environmental Biology at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 1994 to 1996. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 1998 and 2003.
