Sean Canning

Sean Canning has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Sean is currently the Group Operations Director at CCI Global since October 2022. Before this, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Engage EMEA at TTEC from September 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the President & COO, Customer Management at Firstsource from January 2018 to December 2019. Sean also held prominent roles at Sutherland Global Services from 2013 to 2018, including Senior Vice President, Head of Service Delivery - EMEA, China & Malaysia, and Head of EMEA Operations. Sean was also associated with Firstsource Solutions Limited, TeleTech, Stream, and BT in various managerial positions, showcasing their expertise in customer management and operations.

Sean Canning earned a diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Ulster University, which they completed between 2002 and 2005.
