Karen Caldwell

Karen Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and project leadership. Currently serving as Sr Operations Support Manager at CCI Systems, Karen focuses on process and system improvements while overseeing multiple teams, including GIS, Technical Training, Communications, App Development, and Business Analysts. Previous roles include General Manager for E.A. Sween - Deli Express, managing distribution facilities across multiple states, and Global Project Manager at Arrow Electronics, where Karen led complex, cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
