James Neary

James Neary has extensive experience in the field of operations and management, currently serving as OPM Analyst III at CCMR3 since March 2022, after previously holding the position of OPM Analyst II. Prior to CCMR3, James Neary worked at ConServe from March 2013 to February 2022, where roles included Production Manager and Debt Counselor Supervisor. James Neary's earlier experience includes serving as Residential Manager at Hillside Family of Agencies from 2009 to 2013, managing a team that provided care for youths with special needs and collaborating with clinical staff to implement evidence-based treatment practices. James Neary holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond, completed in 2008.
