Marcelo Ferraz

Marcelo Ferraz has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Marcelo is currently working as the Supply Chain Director at CCR S.A. Since 2018, they held the position of Director of Procurement & Logistics at Energisa. Before that, from 2008 to 2017, they worked at CPFL Energia as the Director of Procurement & Logistics, overseeing procurement, materials, supply base management, and logistics for the company and its subsidiaries. Marcelo also has experience at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations, and GE, where they held various roles in procurement and supply chain management.

Marcelo Ferraz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 1998. In 1999, they completed a Pre MBA program in Business Administration and Management at the University of Bath. Moving forward, Marcelo pursued further education in the field of business strategy. Marcelo completed an MBA Extension program at Ohio University in 2005, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Strategy from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2005. In 2014, Marcelo obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Controlling from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in an Executive Development Program (EDP) focused on Strategic Innovation and Design Thinking at HSM Educação Executiva.
