Tony Morgan

Tony joined as the head of the Direct Equity team in September 2019 and became Chief Investment Officer in September 2021. Prior to joining CDC, Tony was a Managing Director of Onex Corporation where he set up their European Private Equity operations. Prior to taking this role, Tony served as Managing Director in CPPIB’s Principal Investing Group in Toronto and sat on the Private Investments Investment Committee. Earlier in his career, Tony worked at Permira in London.

Tony has an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
