Anita Mihelic

Anita Mihelic, MA, MS, CPTM, serves as the Director of Learning and Development at ConstructConnect™ since July 2014, where responsibilities include identifying development needs, training managers and team members on personalized development plans, and facilitating leadership and mentoring programs. Previous roles at ConstructConnect™ include Learning and Development Manager and Content Team Training Manager, focusing on assessment of development needs and the training of new content specialists. Prior to ConstructConnect™, Anita worked as a Construction Project Research Reporter at BidClerk and as an Adjunct Instructor at Moraine Valley Community College. Anita holds a Master of Science in Training & Development and a Master of Arts in English from Kansas State University, as well as additional certifications in training specialization.
