Chris Railsback

Chris Railsback has extensive experience in quality engineering and leadership positions. Chris is currently the Vice President of Quality Engineering at ConstructConnect since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ACT as the Vice President of Quality Engineering, overseeing strategy and technology roadmap for software solutions. Chris also transformed the software quality area and implemented SAFe Agile methodology. Before ACT, Chris worked at Transamerica as the Director of Technical Operations, leading a cross-functional organization and managing operations quality. Chris also held the role of Manager of Business Systems & Testing Analysis at Transamerica. Chris started their career at NCS Pearson, where they founded the Assessment & Information Quality group and led a team focused on software quality and test automation.

Chris Railsback obtained a Bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Chris also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist, obtained from SAFE in April 2019.
