Chris Lash

Chris Lash currently serves as Chief of Staff for Momentus Capital, leading initiatives to enhance equitable access to capital for small business owners in underestimated communities. Chris also fulfills the Chief of Staff role at CDC Small Business Finance and Capital Impact Partners, both since January 2021. Previous experience includes work at Shift Capital LLC in finance and development, and internships with GiveDirectly and Bridgewater Associates, where Chris gained insights into cash transfer programming and management training, respectively. Additionally, Chris was the first Managing Director at Leaders of Tomorrow, overseeing strategic planning and development efforts. Earlier roles include Chief of Staff and Ethics Coordinator at The School for Ethics and Global Leadership, and a White House internship. Chris holds an MBA from Yale School of Management focused on economic development and financial inclusion, and a BA in Religious Studies from Yale University.
