Aaron Loughran Meng Miet

Aaron Loughran MEng MIET is a Senior Electrical PLC Engineer at CDE Group, where responsibilities include specifying PLC hardware, creating project-specific PLC programs and HMIs, and conducting FAT and SAT tests to ensure plant operations meet design specifications. Loughran began with CDE as a Graduate Electrical Engineer after graduating with a first-class honours degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast. Previous experience includes serving as a Placement Electrical Engineer at CDEnviro, where Loughran acted as the electrical lead on multiple projects, and working as a Supervisor at Time Bar Cookstown. Loughran also gained early experience as a Laborer at O'KANE PLUMBING & ELECTRICS LIMITED, contributing to insulation installation for vulnerable households across Ireland.
