Carmen Chosie

Carmen Chosie, P.E. is a highly experienced civil engineer and project manager with expertise in site development projects, water and sewer improvement projects, stormwater systems, and culvert sizing. Carmen has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Hydraulics and has worked in various engineering roles for companies such as CDG, Inc., Columbia Engineering, and Hydro-Engineering Solutions. Carmen's experience includes hands-on modeling, construction management, and overseeing construction projects for municipal and private clients. Prior to their engineering career, Carmen also worked as a Recreation Leader for the City of Auburn, AL.
