Frank Romano

President, Engineering at CDI

Frank Romano is the current President of Engineering at CDI. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director, Global Solution Implementation Organization at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise from April 2012 to September 2012, where they managed service delivery for Fortune 500 companies. Frank was also the Chief Technology Officer at Promedia from March 2004 to April 2012, where they architected and built an operating infrastructure for this multi-million dollar provider of borderless network, collaboration, data center and virtualization, physical security, structured cabling and managed services solutions to commercial and public sector clients. Romano has also held the positions of Senior Network Consultant at API from November 1997 to December 1998, Executive Office IT Manager at Alcoa, Inc from October 2000 to July 2003, and Network Architect/Network Administrator at Clinical Diagnostic Services from February 1999 to August 2000.

Frank Romano studied Information Systems at Ramapo College and later pursued various Cisco certifications, including CCIE, CCDP, CCNP, and CCVP. Frank also holds a VMware certification (VCP).

Frank Romano reports to Eric Bakker, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Brian Jones - COO, John Carter - President of CDI Managed Services, and Justin N. - Chief ServiceNow Development Officer.
