Eliana Melendez, MPM, PMP, serves as the Project Controls Manager for the US East Region at CDM Smith since January 2019, overseeing project management and internal reporting. Prior to this role, Eliana held positions as Project Controls Manager for LATAM at MWH Global, Project Controls Lead at Mota-Engil, and Project Planning and Control Engineer at San Martin Contratistas Generales S.A., with a focus on project control and reporting. Eliana's early career included work as a Project Controller at Antamina, emphasizing cost monitoring and scope change assessments. Eliana holds a Master in Project Management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional and a Civil Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, along with additional qualifications in Project and Quality Management.
