Mary Sherman has served as the Senior Director of Business Management at CDO Technologies for over eight years. Ms. Sherman brings over 33 years’ experience in Finance and Business Operations. She is responsible for the cohesiveness between the Human Resources, Contracting, and Purchasing departments. Mary collaboratively works with the leadership team to provide strategies, policies, and processes designed to support customer needs. She ensures employees feel empowered to excel and exceed customer expectations. She is a critical part of the team for contracts and pricing. Mary delivers comprehensive strategies for recruiting, on-boarding, employee development, compensation, and benefits administration.
Mary received her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton. Before joining CDO, she worked for LOGTEC for over 21 years as the Vice President of Finance and Business Management, as well as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations. While at LOGTEC, Mary led recruiting, contract and subcontract management, finance leadership, re-engineering processes, and the standardization of corporate data. She also served as the Vice President of Business Operations for SI International Inc. During her time at SI International, Mary lead the Logistics Strategic Business Unit financial activities, as well as the implementation of an automated time collection system. She also served as the Director of Finance at Serco Inc. where she was responsible for providing all necessary financial support for the Mission Support Business Unit.
