Tom Nasadoski

Tom Nasadoski has over 18 years of work experience, primarily in the healthcare industry. Tom is currently the Vice President of Risk Adjustment at CDPHP since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Risk Adjustment and Recovery at CDPHP from February 2011 until January 2022. Before that, they were the Hospital and Ancillary Contract Administrator from August 2007 to February 2011 and an Implementation Coordinator from December 2005 to August 2007 at CDPHP. Tom also worked as a Contract Negotiator at Capital District Physicians Health Plan from August 2007 to February 2011.

Tom Nasadoski earned an M.B.A. in Business from SUNY Empire State College from 2008 to 2011. During the same period, they also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Health Care Management from the same institution.
