Manav Sarkaria

Manav Sarkaria is an Associate at Clayton Dubilier & Rice. Prior to joining Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Manav worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley from July 2019 to July 2021. Manav also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley from June 2018 to August 2018 and at Houlihan Lokey from May 2017 to August 2017.

Before their investment banking career, Manav was an Instructor at Adventis, where they taught two-day financial modeling seminars at various universities across the country. Key concepts covered included financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, relative & intrinsic valuation analysis, and LBO transaction analysis. Some of the universities where Manav taught seminars include Princeton University, University of Virginia, Georgetown University, Indiana University, and Washington University, St. Louis.

Manav Sarkaria received a BS in Finance from Miami University, with a minor in Italian Studies. Manav then attended Westfield High School.
