Somraj Roy is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Prior to this, Somraj held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at KEC International Ltd. from January 2019 to December 2022. Somraj's career began at Reliance in 1995, with various roles at Larsen & Toubro, including General Manager of Corporate Human Resources and overseeing Organizational Excellence for Heavy Engineering and Shipbuilding sectors.
