Megan Oliver Thompson

Megan Oliver Thompson is a Content Attorney at CEB - Continuing Education of the Bar since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hanson Bridgett LLP as a Litigation Partner from August 2008 to April 2021. At Hanson Bridgett LLP, Megan had extensive experience in defending business clients in consumer class actions and complex commercial cases across various industries. Megan has successfully handled cases involving unfair business practices, false advertising, fraud, contract disputes, and regulatory matters. Before joining Hanson Bridgett LLP, Megan worked as a Litigation Associate at Much Shelist from October 2002 to April 2007. Megan also served as a Law Clerk to Honorable David Warner Hagen (Ret.) at the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada from September 2001 to September 2002.

Megan Oliver Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The George Washington University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, from 1998 to 2001.
